James is a very thorough and conscientious Realtor. We have used many Realtors in the past, and none of them have been as good as James. He helped us buy and sale a house when I was 9 months pregnant. He was very diligent about moving quickly and concisely in order to get us settled in our new home before we had our baby. Not only did he help us with the quick sale of our home, but also assisted us in the purchase of our new home. These transactions were not his only concern. He was genuinelt concerned about the arrival of our new baby, and even asked us if we wanted to delay the decision to move. We decided that we did not want to lose the opportunity to purchase our new home and moved forward. Fortunately, everything went very smoothly and we sold our home, closed on the new one, and I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl 2 weeks after we move in! Wow!! We could not have pulled all of this off if it was not for such a hard-working and caring Realtor!!

It has been three years since I first found you on the internet. I have nothing but praise for you in the way you handled our situation.
